What is my first step after logging in?
- There is an annual attestation that is completed the first time you log into the system, and every year thereafter. This attestation establishes that you have the authority, either as the program director or their designee, to use FasTrack.
- Review program information via the Account/Settings link in the upper right corner of FasTrack.
- Program information is populated via the ACGME ADS system, or based upon program data saved at ABIM for non-ACGME accredited programs.
- Program contact information can be edited or updated.
- Program contacts can also be edited or updated, and up to four contacts can be created for each training program in FasTrack.
- Program contacts are individual users of the FasTrack system, and will be provided accounts based on the email address entered into Program Contacts, and the role designated by the program director and/or program coordinator.
- Only the program director or program coordinator can add or delete Program Contacts.
ACGME-accredited programs should review their list of trainees for accuracy and completeness. Contact tracking@abim.org if anyone is missing or incorrectly displayed on your trainee list.
- All profile and training information, in addition to ratings in Overall Clinical Competence, the Six ABMS/ACGME Competencies and Procedural Requirements (if applicable), is required in order to submit an evaluation to ABIM.
- Comments are required for “Unsatisfactory” or “Conditional on Improvement” ratings.
Non-ACGME-accredited programs should begin to enter their trainees into FasTrack beginning with their profile information.
- The trainee's first name, last name, date of birth and Social Security number are required in order to save the trainee profile.
Is my login information the same as the other program directors at my institution?
No, every program director and program coordinator will receive individual user accounts linked to their program email address on file with ABIM (non-ACGME-accredited programs) or with ACGME (ACGME-accredited programs).
Why do I have to wait until July to get into FasTrack?
- ACGME-accredited programs: Access to FasTrack will be made available after receipt of the ACGME ADS data files after their system closes in June.
- FasTrack users will be notified via email when the system is available.
Can you give me my login information?
No, this information is system generated and not made accessible to ABIM staff.
