Description

The Chronic Kidney Disease Outcomes and Practice Patterns Study Quality Improvement Program (CKDopps QIP) is a web-based tool for nephrologists participating in CKDopps, a prospective cohort study in advanced chronic kidney disease (CKD). With this tool, annual Clinic Feedback Reports comparing clinic performance with the US study cohort using nationally recognized quality measures in key CKD domains will assist nephrologists with identifying areas for improvement, developing an action plan, and reassessing their performance.
