Description
Participants in the mVOCAL project will receive access to education modules to improve communication through interpreters. As participants in this project, they will receive quarterly feedback on interpreter use based on interpreter invoice data. Additionally, participants will complete a survey at the beginning and end of their participation to assess barriers and facilitators to interpreting.
